Our Goal is to ensure that your environment meets or exceeds your needs to effectively run your business and meet the Service Level requirements.These standards are evolving and will be updated from time to time. Ability to support older and non-compliant hardware may be allowed on a exception basis but may also be excluded from Guaranteed Response requirements.     This list is a starting point is not an all inclusive-list. 

 Our Technology Standards include:

  • Macintosh Ventura (13)

Hardware and Operating Systems must support minimum requirements for any software installed

  • as defined by the software manufaturer
  • as required to meet any security or industry compliance including but not limited to PCI, SOX, HIPAA, ISO, NIST
  • Hardware must be actively supported by manufacturer including support for latest generally available version of the operating system in use
  • Hardware may not exceed 5 years in age.
  • Only manufacturer branded accessories and parts may be utilized; this includes using manufacturer branded ink and toner.
